Hello Citizen Scientists, we hope you are well and staying warm this winter!
We are looking for volunteers for the 2025 testing season. This year, we’re thrilled to provide solo volunteers with the chance to receive training and collaborate closely with CreekWatch staff in the collection of high-quality water data (Edmonton only). This opportunity provides volunteers to gain experience in operating professional monitoring equipment and being involved in a large-scale water monitoring project.
For citizen science groups, many opportunities are available to involve your neighbours and community in watershed stewardship initiatives. Groups are given their test kit with the necessary tools to conduct water quality monitoring on urban creeks within their communities.
We look forward to hearing from you and learning how we can collaborate to share our passion for watershed resilience!
